A. Sorry, we only offer the eBook download at this time.

Q. I purchased your product, but I lost the download page, can you resend it?
A. Open the ClickBank receipt in your email inbox,  near the bottom you’ll find a link that takes you back to the download page. Also, try looking in your browser history under the domain buildingachickencoop.com

Q. My eBook and/or Plans wont download?
A. Please try downloading the files again using a download manager like the one found for free at freedownloadmanager.org

Q. How do I get a refund?
A. Please click the link in your email recept that asks if you need customer service. Then on the following page select “More Options” from the drop down menu, then then click “Refund Request” and submit the form.

Q. I get an error when I open the eBook and/or plans?
A. Please try downloading the files again using a download manager like the one found for free at freedownloadmanager.org. Also make sure that you have the latest version of the free Adobe Acrobat reader from http://get.adobe.com/reader/
